I was informed that he would be writing the new script himself. To be clear, I always called the writer I was replacing before our meeting, but he didn’t even want to see me. Penn went on to explain what transpired behind the scenes after he contacted Whedon. He assured me that it wasn’t uncomfortable for him. Rewriting you is what I’m doing.
