Eka Darville, Known for Marvel and Power Rangers, Mourns the Loss of 10-Year-Old Son to Brain Cancer
Eka Darville, the accomplished Australian actor celebrated for his roles in Marvel productions and Power Rangers RPM, is grieving the tragic loss of his ten-year-old son, Mana. The young boy valiantly battled aggressive glioneuronal brain cancer but, heartbreakingly, succumbed to the disease.
Upon receiving the devastating diagnosis, Eka Darville, aged 34, chose to put his career on hold to provide dedicated care and support to his beloved son, Mana. Following the realization that there was little more that could be done in Australia, the actor and his wife, Lila, decided to relocate their family to the United States in pursuit of specialized treatment.
Mana exhibited extraordinary courage as he underwent a high-risk, marathon surgical procedure aimed at removing as much of the tumor as possible. Eka Darville kept his followers updated about Mana’s condition during this challenging journey, and there was a collective sense of sadness as it became clear that, after the surgery, the tumor was rapidly regrowing while young Mana fought valiantly.
The Australian actor recently reached out to fans, requesting their prayers and support for Mana’s battle. Unfortunately, the grieving grandmother conveyed the heart-wrenching news on Monday that her precious ten-year-old grandson had passed away following his brave confrontation with cancer.
In a poignant video shared on Mana’s GoFundMe Page, the family members expressed their sentiments: “I still wanted to come together in this prayer because he’s still always gonna be with us and he’s still with us.
The profound sadness and grief experienced by Eka, Lila, Lila’s parents, his grandparents, myself, and his younger siblings are immeasurable. At the same time, a sense of joy, peace, and tranquility has enveloped our home after the extended struggle spanning 463 days since the ordeal’s inception.
“And now he’s free. Now he’s dancing in the light. We all see it, we feel it, and I know that many of you, like myself, loved Mana eternally.”
The grieving grandmother went on to describe Mana as a unique child, unlike anyone she has ever met. “Mana managed to touch more hearts than most do in a whole lifetime.”
Mana’s story, courage, strength, wisdom, and legacy will continue to inspire and touch the hearts of many. His journey has brought him to the highest frequencies of the ascended masters, the angelic realms, the angels, and the guiding light to envelop him in eternal love.
She shared that Mana’s two younger brothers are heartbroken by the loss of their extraordinary older brother, and she believes that Mana will forever watch over Zion and Axé. “Axé was so upset this morning, and we went outside, and there was this gentle rain, it was really warm rain, we went outside, and then there was this beautiful big rainbow right through the sky,” she recounted. “And Zion said it’s Mana’s rainbow, Mana’s rainbow.”
