Speculation has arisen about potential friction between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle regarding their Christmas plans. Prince Harry reportedly wishes to spend the holiday season with his father, King Charles, and brother, Prince William, in the UK. Since stepping down as a senior working royal, he has not celebrated Christmas with them.

Relationship analyst Louella Alderson commented on the situation, suggesting that it’s understandable that Harry and Meghan may have differing Christmas plans. Alderson stated, “It’s understandable that there may be some tension between Harry and Meghan over their Christmas plans.”

The couple has spent the past three Christmases away from the UK, so Harry might feel nostalgia and a desire to return to his home country for the holiday. However, Meghan’s perspective on this matter may differ from Harry’s.

Reports also suggest that Harry is looking for a home in the UK to be able to travel there when he wishes. Meghan, on the other hand, is against this decision and does not see a need for a home outside of America.

Dr. Tessa Dunlop, another royal expert and historian, raised the issue that King Charles might not be able to meet his grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, this Christmas.
