Doctor Who’s 60th Anniversary Specials with David Tennant and Catherine Tate Announced
Whovians can mark their calendars with excitement as the Doctor Who 60th-anniversary return date has been officially confirmed. David Tennant, reprising his role as the Fourteenth Doctor, and Catherine Tate, returning as Donna Noble, will grace our screens with three special episodes scheduled to air on Saturdays starting from November 25.
The special episodes, aptly named The Star Beast, Wild Blue Yonder, and The Giggle, promise to be a spectacular treat for fans. In The Star Beast, the Doctor and Donna reunite after years apart, while Wild Blue Yonder and The Giggle follow as thrilling continuations.
The stellar cast joining David Tennant and Catherine Tate includes Yasmin Finney as Rose Noble, Miriam Margolyes lending her voice to the character Meep, and Jacqueline King taking on the role of Sylvia Noble. Karl Collins appears as Shaun Temple, Ruth Madeley as Shirley Anne-Bingham, Jemma Redgrave as Kate Stewart, and Neil Patrick Harris stars as the formidable Toymaker.
